BAREFOOT TRIBE
Give your life away to change this world —
and God will change you.
Palmer Chinchen invites you to join the tribe of Christ-followers who are ready to give their lives away to change what is not right in this world.
From the jungles of Liberia to the streets of downtown Chandler, Palmer Chinchen has devoted his life to helping people follow Jesus in the most desperate places on earth to bring change and show everyone what the love of Jesus looks like.
Global Changemakers
Palmer leads and sends teams each year to serve in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities—including Haiti, Cuba, Liberia, Malawi, and Mexico. These mission trips focus on real-world impact: doing community development, building schools, orphanages, leading children’s programs, offering medical aid, and walking alongside local leaders and pastors.
Barefoot Sunday
Palmer is also the founder of Barefoot Sunday, a growing movement that challenges churches to step into the lives of the poor—literally.
On one Sunday each year, Palmer invites churches across the country to take off their shoes during service and walk the rest of the day barefoot, in solidarity with the 1.3 billion people who do so every day. The shoes left behind are donated to those in need across the globe.
Why Barefoot?
-
Raise awareness of global poverty and its impact.
-
Walk the holy ground of a broken world — literally.
-
Live generously—because most of us have more than enough.
Barefoot Sunday has inspired thousands to live with less so others can simply live.
